Chi Sigma Iota is the international honor society for students, professional counselors, and counselor educators established at Ohio University in 1985. Our mission is to promote scholarship, research, professionalism, leadership, and excellence in counseling, and to recognize high attainment in the pursuit of academic and clinical excellence in the profession of counseling.

Psi Omega Pi was established at the University of Phoenix - Phoenix Campus in 1999 and has initiated 225 members. In concert with the vision of Chi Sigma Iota, the Psi Omega Pi Chapter exists to advance the counseling profession through leadership, research, and the pursuit of academic and clinical excellence. Our mission is to promote student and professional development through collaborative relationships and the recognition of excellence in academic and clinical excellence.
